Aug.15 (GMM) F1 veteran David Coulthard is planning a dream present for his son's twentieth birthday -- a Ferrari contract!

The 37-year-old Scot, who will hang up his grand prix racing helmet at the end of the year, revealed that his pregnant fiancee Karen is expecting a boy.

Red Bull racer Coulthard joked to The Sun: "He'll be signed up for Ferrari in 2028!"

Coulthard, however, insists that his decision to retire after nearly 250 races and 13 wins has nothing to do with his impending fatherhood.

"The baby's due after the end of the season so things have worked out perfectly," he added.
