STR new car decision due next week

Apr.26 (GMM) Toro Rosso will decide at the end of next week whether it can go ahead with the planned debut of its 2008 car, the STR3.
Sebastian Vettel said earlier this week that the debut, scheduled for the Turkish grand prix, might have to be further delayed following teammate Sebastien Bourdais' crash at the recent Barcelona test.
"It will be the end of next week before we know if we have enough parts to go for Istanbul," team boss Franz Tost is quoted as saying by Auto Motor und Sport.
