Apr.24 (GMM) F1's governing body on Thursday launched its anti-racism campaign, renamed 'EveryRace'.

The FIA agrees with the stance of the Real Federacion Espanola de Automoviliso (RFEA) that the campaign, originally touted to be called 'Racing Against Racism', was triggered by "a very small number of spectators amongst the 35,000" who directed racist taunts at Lewis Hamilton at the troublesome test in February.

"The whole formula one community should get behind this campaign," Ferrari driver Felipe Massa commented.

F1 chief executive Bernie Ecclestone added: "The sport is all about a driver's ability and this will never have anything to do with their race or the colour of their skin."
