Apr.2 (GMM) A spokesman for F1's governing body on Wednesday confirmed that FIA president Max Mosley has called off his scheduled visit to Bahrain this week.

"He will not go for personal reasons," the spokesman told the German news agency DPA.

The confirmation follows the widely reported revelations in the British tabloid media about 67-year-old Mosley's private sex life.
