Oct.20 (GMM) The future of the Brazilian grand prix is expected to be confirmed by Bernie Ecclestone on Saturday.

According to rumours at Interlagos, located just outside downtown Sao Paulo, F1's chief executive has inked a new contract that guarantees a formula one race at the circuit until 2014.

Part of the deal, according to the speculation, is the organisers' pledge to build a new pit and paddock complex, replacing the ageing current facilities.
